Saxon-Czech Summer School

A lack of linguistic competence hampers communication and, thus, cross-border collaboration between Saxon and Czech universities. To overcome this barrier, students of both countries have the opportunity to participate in language courses over several weeks. They take place in the Saxon and Czech border region and provide, besides language lessons, also social and cultural information as well as excursions. These measures contribute to a better understanding of the language and the culture of the respective neighbour.
